I’m an independent NetSuite consultant helping product based businesses make NetSuite work in the real world. ERP projects succeed when systems, processes and people are aligned. Too often, businesses invest in powerful platforms like NetSuite but struggle to realise the value. This is because the focus stays on configuration rather than how the business actually operates.

I work with product based businesses before, during and after NetSuite implementation. My role is to bring structure and clarity. In doing so, ERP decisions reflect real processes, reliable data and how people actually work.

I bring over 20 years of experience across IT, manufacturing, supply chain and retail. My approach is grounded in a simple belief: systems only work when the people using them are supported and confident. NetSuite delivers real value when it reflects how a business actually operates. Yet it fails when teams are forced to work around it.

I’ve led ERP programmes ranging from first time implementations through to complex NetSuite improvements. Rather than focusing on technology alone, I concentrate on integration, process clarity and adoption. This is supported by practical change management that reduces friction and builds long term capability.

Clients typically come to me when NetSuite feels harder than it should. They also come to me when they want to avoid those issues altogether. By focusing on readiness, alignment, and adoption, I help organisations move away from workarounds. I improve confidence in their data.
